It is with regret that I make the following announcement. After serving the dark community over the last 7 years, I have decided to discontinue my business, Thee Basket Boo-tique. In the last 4 years, I have underwent many changes in my life and it has paved the way to this very hard decision. Thank you to each and every one of you who have supported me and Thee Basket Boo-tique in the last 7 years. Thank you for the kind words and messages over the last few years with happenings that have taken place.

I will begin reducing the cost of items on the web site in the next few days. That does not mean every item will be reduced, as I may have plans for some of the stock. However if you are a company catering to the same genre or have a local store that you'd like to see carry some of our stock, send them an email or direct them to our web site. Though unlikely, if someone has interest in taking over this business-name, site, stock, etc. please contact me. (Serious inquiries only please.) If this does not take place, the site will be functioning as-is until I deem it fit to close it completely. At that time, it may direct to my brick and mortar business, Rivet http://www.rivetgallery.com or may become a site directed to my crafts and art.

I will be undergoing surgery on Weds. May 2 and will be healing for the 3-4 weeks to follow. The site will be monitored and any emails and orders received during that time will be addressed, but please note there may be a slight delay.

This week I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It will be a long journey for me through the next 8 months of my life. At the present time, the web site is functioning as normal. However there may be times that certain sections will be made unavailable for a period of time. Thank you for your understanding. Laura

We have removed the Baskets section. Do not fear! The Custom Basket section will take over the responsibility.

The Wedding/Favors section has been removed. There are no plans for it to return. Items seen in that section can now be found elsewhere on the site.

More changes to come.

If you have had emails bounce back from our @theebasketboo-tique.com address as of June 10th it is due to our host mistakenly letting our domain name expire. The name has since been reactivated, so if you resend any emails we may have missed, we will receive them now. Thank you for your patience.

We're baaaack. We have revamped our web site with assistance of Sinister Visions. Hope that you will find yourself as happy as us with the new site. We have added many items in the custom baskets, adornments, weddings/favors, and toys/arts sections. There will be upcoming changes and additions in the baby and bath/beauty sections and will be noted here once complete. We did try to scope out any possible errors, but ask that if you see anything to please contact us. Thank you!

Our web site will be closing on Friday, February 17th until March 1st. It will be undergoing a complete revamping and lots of new items will be added during this downtime. If anyone should need assistance during this time, you may still reach us by email. We will still be working behind the scenes.
